Controlled, not open-air, drying
Product is dried under covered, hygienic conditions rather than roadside open-air drying, then sorted and moisture-tested before packing, preserving colour and aroma better than high-heat mechanical dehydration.

Whole or cut, vacuum-packed
Supplied whole or cut/diced on request, in vacuum-sealed pouches or bulk pouches. This same raw material also feeds the powders line for buyers who need a milled ingredient instead.
