Sourcing partner, an exporter

VA Exports operates out of Ongole, Andhra Pradesh, one of India's established grain and natural-produce sourcing regions, supplying millets, solar-dried natural foods and nutrition mixes to buyers who need a supply chain they can plan against, not a one-time shipment.

How we work

Procurement is handled directly, not through layers of traders

VA Exports's export team manages sourcing and procurement in-house, working directly on raw material and processing costs rather than reselling aggregated stock. That's the difference between a supplier who can hold a specification shipment after shipment, and one who can only promise it for the first order.

It also means buyers get a straight answer on lead time, available volume and packaging options at the quotation stage, instead of a forwarded quote from a third party.

What that looks like in practice
  • Origin-level quality control

Cleaning, grading, moisture testing and (for solar-dried lines) controlled drying happen close to the source, before goods move toward port.

  • One logistics lane, run consistently

Ongole warehouse → Hyderabad dry port → Navi Mumbai (JNPT), under FOB terms, with LCL freight for buyers not yet ready for a full container.

  • Two markets, built out properly

North America (Newark, Wilmington, New York, Houston) and the Middle East (Dubai/Jebel Ali) are active, established lanes, not aspirational ones.
